We got this to replace our comparable Bissell. It does a really good job sucking up water and dirt. We are satisfied.

My carpet is 9 years old and with two kids and all their friends my carpets took a hit. This helped make them look tons better. Won't have to replace them as soon as I thought.

It works as it designed. It washes the carpet. Only thing is that I have to replace the water for every 5 or 6 feet capert wash. I did not expect it. The detergent is expensive .

For the price this worked great. You need to empty and refill often but you do with all the smaller home use ones and at least its fast and easy.

I bought it on sale and it performed as well as I expected. It does not saturate the carpet like the Bissell I had previously. So drying time was not too bad.

The dual tanks are easy to remove and either fill with water and solution or remove to empty dirty water. This is the third cleaner in over ten years and this is the best by far.

Bought this on Black Friday when it came a piece was broken off and did not run well. Returned it to the store for a new one that does the job extremely well.

After going through 2 Bissels over the last 10 years I decided to switch to the Hoover. I finished cleaning the carpets in our entire home and am very pleased with the results. Both the Bissel and the Hoover are good systems, however the Hoover is easier to keep "completely" clean. I can rinse dirt from every compartment in the Hoover whereas in the Bissel various areas are inaccessible. Bottom line is the Hoover is by design the better unit. Happy I made this purchase.

Overall a good product for the price you pay. Its cleans the carpet very well. The only complaint is that it takes up a lot of shampoo while cleaning. Other than that no complaint.

Used a couple of times now.. one to clean up spilled milk, and once to pull water from The basement floor. Easy to use and clean.

Works well can be put together quickly. It’s attachments don’t work the best.
