The dual tanks are easy to remove and either fill with water and solution or remove to empty dirty water. This is the third cleaner in over ten years and this is the best by far.

Overall a good product for the price you pay. Its cleans the carpet very well. The only complaint is that it takes up a lot of shampoo while cleaning. Other than that no complaint.

After going through 2 Bissels over the last 10 years I decided to switch to the Hoover. I finished cleaning the carpets in our entire home and am very pleased with the results. Both the Bissel and the Hoover are good systems, however the Hoover is easier to keep "completely" clean. I can rinse dirt from every compartment in the Hoover whereas in the Bissel various areas are inaccessible. Bottom line is the Hoover is by design the better unit. Happy I made this purchase.

Read reviews on other brands and other Hoover models before deciding on this one. Amazed at the dirt it removed from my carpets and upholstered furniture.

Bought this after comparing a lot of online reviews. Could not believe how inexpensive this was compared to like models. If you have ever used one before this one fits together like those. Tank is large enough and the dirty water cleans out easily. (I dump mine in the toilet) It really picks up the water and leaves the floor dryer than my last one. It did not clog with pet hair either.

Does what it's suppose to do, but wish it can clean a little bitter. It's not bad, it's great, but I'm looking for excellent cleaning outcome. That is whey I gave it 4 stars.

The carpet washer is great. Super easy to use, did require two Passover’s on an area to ensure it was fully cleaned but overall good product for the price.

We are a" shoe off" type of family, but I knew it was time to clean the 2 year old carpet. This thing exceeded my expectations. Carpets are easily cleaned and look great!
