Works great and easy to use. Took away years of stains in one use.

I have 3 pets (dog and 2 cats) in a tiny apartment. This shampoo vacuum does a great job getting the dirt and messes out!

Really liked this product because it had separate tanks for water and soap which made it very easy to rinse the soap out of the carpet. I never new you had to do this.

I used it to deep clean my sons mattress and it worked like a charm! Love the wash rinse option switch. Very easy to use.

I have two 8x10 low pile rugs and half of each of the rugs are under furniture. ie sectional sofa and king bed. It broke the first time using it half way through my second rug. the spinny wheels underneath stopped spinning. this sat in my garage, unopened in the box for its first 4 months (just long enough to be out of return policy). i did not contact the manufacturer which the box stated had a year warranty. i will update if i do.

This is a great cleaner. I bought it to clean the carpets and it worked great. Very happy with the product.

I bought this (was a great Black Friday deal) to try and salvage two older beautiful area rugs in my apt. It worked very well. It does a great job with washing/rinsing as well as drying out the rugs. One issue, if it really is one, is that yes, it does require a large amount of solution, and you will be emptying and refilling it constantly, but I do not know if that’s the case for every washer like this outside of commercial ones. Nonetheless, I’m very happy with this.
