Disappointing

The reservoir Ruth the dirty water is hard to empty without making a mess. It also leaves the carpet entirely too wet. For the price the price I am very disappointed.

Better than the last...

We went to the local best buy after shopping around and found a comparible model. Of course once the wife got it home she tried it out. To our surprise it worked very well. Our old one had always left behind so much water that we had to have fans and heaters to dry the carperts. With this model we have not had to break them out once. A great product to our surprise and delight.
