You get what you pay for.

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Began to leak all over the floor within first 14 days, troubleshooting didn’t help, replaced with a new one, didn’t leak but in 3-4 months after very moderate use stop spraying shampoo, all other parts seem to work so far though we don’t use it often, we have 2 rugs and 2 sofas. It does take time to find a way around it, to figure out the right way to work with it on sofas.

GOOD INVESTMENT

The new one did all of the above and the price was fair and reasonable. No need to buy extended warranty because I trust Hoover products. Its good Best Buy had this online because I checked the store in Gainesville and they did not have any of the advertised products on hand,
