    Probably the best thing about this is that it leaves the carpet dry. If you follow the instructions and not soak the carpet, it does exactly what it says it will do. I had always cleaned my own carpets then decided to hire it done. 2 different name brand companies with 2 different methods completely ruined my new carpets. I will never hire anyone to do this job again. I am SO happy I found Hoover!
