The only thing I don't like that a lot of the machine is hard plastic. I'll see how long it last before something breaks.

It's poorly placed and not as easy to clean as it might be. Overall, the design seems better than the one it replaced however. This model had the best reliability of all the ones I looked at (given its features) and that's why I bought it.
