Very good job to my carpet, like new, wonderful cleaning.

With the brushes that actually scrub instead of kick up dirt works great

I bought this because I wanted to save money. I did not want to use professional carpet cleaning service because they usually charge me 100$. With this I have clean my carpet. It works well yet if you have some stubborn spots then use spot cleaner. For me it took 2 cycle to clean my carpet. Build is good and it works well.

First and foremost this purchase was made at the request of the significant other in my life who my would do absolutely anything for to stay out of the doghouse. But seriously, this does a wonder cleaning up after a real dog and muddy shoes.

Loved it but it only used it a handful of times and it quit working but Hoover has a 2-year warranty and they replaced it immediately It's on its way it'll be here by Saturday I do love that Best buy had it delivered within 2 hours and got a great deal on it

No way to pick this unit up. Looks like it has a handle in pic when it is actually a handle to only left off the attached bucket. I do have a hard time dragging it around. A great vacuum when it comes to cleaning. Vacuum is hard to physically handle

This is the first time I'd bought a steam cleaner and I'll say I couldn't possibly be happier. I also was able to get Best Buy to match Amazon's price (which saved me close to $80 since BB had for full price that week); so I'm sure they weren't happy about that but that's another story. In any case this thing works better than I expected and I'm completely satisfied.

This is a great product. It works really good on stains.

I was hesitant to purchase a carpet cleaner versus hiring a professional. I felt my light carpets required something heavy duty. However, for Mother's Day my son cleaned my WHOLE house with this cleaner and I hard time believing that this cleaner did deep clean, and refresh my carpets. It even thoroughly cleaned the heavy traffic areas and my puppy "accidents" The attachments were an added bonus.

The first one I got crapped out on us before we even finished the carpets in our small 3 bedroom house. The exchange process was very simple though, and I hope the first one was just a dud, but haven't had a chance to try the new one yet.
