I unfortunately had to buy this since my dog got really sick and had an accident on my carpet, and instead of renting a carpet cleaner I decided to invest in one and I don’t regret it. Hopefully I don’t have to use it again!

This vacuum works just fine, I wish the steam was a little bit hotter. The problem is the after cleaning, the water container is so hard to clean, and the filter is really small. Also the brush should be detachable.

Not for wide areas. After a few uses, the smell is horrible and no matter what, nothing helps. It also loses suction after a while. Just keep in mind you get what you pay for.

could heat up water would pay extra for that . easy to handle but hard to clean.

I bought this to clean carpets at our cabin. This machine was awesome and did a great job on stains and removing odors. This was cheaper than renting and we have now used at home saving lists of money on a service. Highly recommend.

Works better than I expected. Definitely not commercial grade, but is very affordable. The only complaint is having to refill the canister often. I had to fill it 3 times for a living room and 2 times for a bedroom.

worked great.... til it didnt ! very light and easy to use, but only 4 months later (and only 5 or 6 uses ) water runs right thru the machine....drop in the water tank...water runs thru and ponds on the floor.....really disappointed. would live another, but cant trust it wont happen again

It cleans. It carpet cleaner. Hard get pet hair out tank. Hard dump all dirt water out tank to keep from smell bad

In fact, i had Bissel with the same features for years. It was Ok, but once water stream control was broken. I tried to use independent device to spray cleaning water and use that vacuum to collect the water, but it was inconvenient solution. I decided to buy something the same. Other problem with Bissel was collecting brush spills girty water leaving carpet with dirt spots. This vacuum has the same problem. In this case very thorough carpet dry cleaning by usual vacuum is critical. So, end result is not impressive

I truly loved this purchase. I used it frequently however don’t plan on it working long. Today after having it about 5 months the motor blew out. Bummer. Now I’m trying to decide if I should upgrade.

We love this machine. We couldn’t wait to use it as soon as we got home. We purchased more solution not knowing that it came with a small bottle. It fills up pretty fast though but still very effective.

Helped to clean a rug that had not been washed in 4 years. Good vaccuum. Worth the money if you have rugs or carpet since you'd spend more.over time with renting the steam cleaners

Very good carpet cleaner. Only complaint is it leaks some water when stopped so you have to be careful not to let it sit on the carpet when you turn it off.

I have never being happy with a large, unlike with this carpet cleaner. The price is right and the size is great. Easy to store away. Does a wonderful job I'm very pleased. Thank you.

this seems like great quality and its much more affordable than others. I also think its great to have one of these, rather than rent one from a store when you need it.

Hoover Cleaner is a great product. It cleans our rugs very well and is small enough to fit in our closet. The purchase price was the lowest on the market.

If you don’t have big rooms inside your house then this is the deep cleaner to buy.

Although this was not the carpet cleaner I initially wanted, I am very impressed with product overall. I would definitely recommend this product.

I like how easy it is to refill the water tank. I wish it had a furniture wand. But at the price point it is pretty good as just a floor cleaner

Small but do the job perfectly. Highly recommended is you want to pay more than 100$. The liquid cleaner is also great. Easy to clean and use
