As two or three other people mentioned, the solution wouldn't dispense. I tried the suggestions, nothing worked. Hoover said to take it to an authorized repair place; no I'm returning it and getting a Bissell.

Followed suggestions in instruction booklet, but still not spraying.

The idea behind this is terrific but it got moldy bc of the water and the way it was designed real quick had to throw away

Posted .This is an unusual issue. We recommend cleaning your PowerDash and rinsing both the dirty water tank and the brushes after use and leaving them out to air dry. This will ensure the parts are clean and dry so mold won't grow. Thanks, Joseph - The Hoover Team

If you are noticing leaking, make sure that the Solution Tank and Dirty Water Tank are secured into place. Also, there will be drip from the brushes after cleaning. Store PowerDash on something absorbent such as a towel after use. Stopped working after a short time
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The carpet shampooer started out great and then it began making a noise like it was stuck, I checked the belt and all was fine, I had been taking excellent care of the machine, cleaning, etc. Now the motor makes a whirring sound and there’s a burning smell and it won’t turn on.
