Can't say too much how I like this. Had another Hoover for many years that finally wore out. Bought another brand that starts with a "B" as a replacement - hated the 1 tank/bladder system and then it stopped working after just a couple of uses. Went back to Hoover and this works great for shampooing car & carpets, easy to use & easy to clean. Some might complain that tank is too small but I don't really mind filling more often - keeps the water warm for better cleaning.

I gave this 4 stars for couple reasons 1st off I love the dry only button however wish it had a wash only button for it to be on wash u have to stay moving forward if u stop at a certain spot it switches to dry. 2nd reason is one of my dogs had an accident and we picked up whatever scrubbed as much as we can by hand and put some spot remover stuff did the shampooer but it stood stained. I think we did better job scrubbing it by hand in the end. Other than that carpet does dry rather quickly which I love and need due to my kids and animals always needing to be in and out of rooms/living rooms.

Very easy to assemble. Cleaned the carpet great and used less water and soap than old Hoover carpet cleaner.

Easy assemble, cleans the carpet better, and drys the carpets quicker. I even believe I use less solution. MUST BUY!!!!

Very user friendly. It works GREAT! & Is very lightweight. Couldn't ask for a better home shampooer.

Great for a quick and easy pickup. Love the ease of the tank removal and that the soap suspension is automated. Waste tank and water tank are separate which makes things easy. The only con is that the brush head is light and doesn’t push down on the carpet with enough weight to vacuum up the shampoo leaving the carpet more wet than heavier units. If I push down slightly on the head unit more shampoo gets sucked up. I will probably throw on some sort of weight to allow more shampoo to be sucked up out of the carpet. Overall it was worthy the sale price of $150.

This cleaner pulls the dirt and really cleans the carpet well..light weight and easy to use. Highly recommend.

My husband has a shuffling gait and really grinds the dirt into high traffic areas. The path he made on our bedroom carpet got so dark that we were sure it would have to be replaced. I was amazed that this Hoover was able to clean the carpet on the first try without pre-treating. I'm super-picky so there are a few areas that I will pretreat next time to get the carpet looking like new, but the results of the first go-round were nothing short of a miracle.
