The product does a very good job of carpet washing however after a year of light use the belt broke and there’s absolutely no way to replace it without disassembling the unit which is next to impossible. The belt drives the rollers /brushes. I called Customer Service and there is no repair facility within miles of my Atlanta location. Because the belt is not easily replaced I do not recommend purchasing the item

I have had several models of different brand carpet machines and this is the best one I've ever had as far as cleaning and ease of cleaning up the machine after use.

Super easy to use, amazing cleaning capabilities! After cleaning two area rugs I got a container full of dark water! And those rugs were only lightly used for a year.

I would like to think the entire concept is reality but its not. Yes it works well when cleaning however dont be surprised when your carpet is still WET and not dried all the way. Not even close!!

Love this machine. You have a puppy (or children) you are training in a carpeted home- do most stray from this. Magic.

I have used this as well as other shampoo cleaner and this one definitely outperforms the rest. Lifts out dirt and stains like they are nothing!
