Shocked!!! Worth the money

My carpets hadn’t been cleaned in years. I was thinking about replacing them but I decided to try cleaning first. I love my carpets. I suggest pretreatment before you clean for best results. I follow the directions and went over the whole room about 5x. Don’t hesitate to buy !

BAD SUCTION DO NOT BUY

The first machine didn’t come with the correct attachments so I had to go through a return and wait months for a new machine. Then the new one got here and it wasn’t working properly, it would blink wash and dry at the same time. After a few months I decided to try the machine again since we paid $200 for it. It finally worked. But the suction is absolutely awful. It leaves your rug SOAKED. I’m attaching a picture of the machine after cleaning my rug. The top water bin was completely full. After using the machine the bottom bin which has the dirty sucked up water is barely anything. Yes the water is filthy but I would like the machine better if it had better suction. I hate waiting hours for my rug to dry. I would say it’s a waste of money. A big disappointment. So please don’t make the mistake I did and purchase the machine.
