I spoke to someone on the phone who informed me nothing could be done about and offered me a 50% off coupon for the next one I buy. Lol like I’ll waste more money on a garbage company for selling something that was going to break… please please save yourself the feelings I feel right now. If u want to buy it just take the 270$ or whatever it is and throw it in the trash. I swear I’ll never buy from Hoover knowing they put people who spent so much of their hard earned money in a position to feel like they can’t do anything about what happened.
