It was fine when it worked - later Motor got affected - maybe the usage put extra pressure.

I have went countless times to the store. They never have the bag for it. They dont even have it on the website. So why sell a product that there are no bags for. The main reason why I switched to bags instead of bagless is that the bagless ones dont work aswell. And spending 400 on a dyson is not a value for me. I guess its time to bring out the broom!. Buyer beware!

Had this vacuum for about 6 months and it works great. I was surprised how much dirt it picked up that my old vacuum left. I like the ease of changing bags and throwing away.

This vacuum will suck stuff off your floor. You may, however, want to throw it across the room because of the annoying fact that the front cover is constantly falling off while you are trying to vacuum. I have mine taped closed. This should not be necessary.

We've had this unit for about two years and it finally bit the dust. We have pets and high traffic, so that may have contributed. However, I disliked the attachments right from the start. The hose is cheap and flimsy, and the wand attachments are very short. With both wand pieces attached to the hose, I still cannot reach my average height ceilings. And frequently when I stretch the hose to get as far as I can, the wand pops off the hose. The quality of the plastic of the wands is cheap. After less than a year of use, the ends of both of the wand parts had pieces crack off, reducing its function even further. The onboard storage is a joke; the pieces never stay put. All in all, I would never buy another like this, even if it did have good suction. The other features are just too much of a hassel.

Within a month of purchasing this vacuum, the belt broke on it, so I returned it for a replacement and 2 weeks later the same thing happened. You get what you pay for and next time I think I'm going to pay a little bit more!

Great value for the money. Works great even with three pets.

Be sure to ask for replacement bags at the store. I am not even sure the store sells the bags.

This is a total waste of money as far as I'm concerned and I'm annoyed with myself for thinking Hoover would be a nice basic machine. Are people in the reviews only vacuuming wood floors. It has taken repeated passes over my carpet because the rollers drop carpet lint off the roller out the back and spays bits out the front. I have tried it at all level settings. I had to back out of the room to keep from having to go back over the same area time after time. I even used a whisk broom to sweep up behind me. When vacuum stood running iin place there would be a nice little pile of lint from my last pass underneath it. This may be great on wood floors if you don't mind the forward spray, but it is beyond annoying on carpeting.

I do not like much. Bag-less is better option I feel.

Worked for 6 months well, but after thatlost the suction power. very disappointed in purchasing this. Never going to buy Hoover again.
