Can handle two dogs and a hairy sofa!

The oversized bin holds a lot of hair, and is easy to empty (though sometimes you have to fish out clumps). The main thing is that it has the power to vacuum up dog hair from a sofa and leave it much, much cleaner. I read other reviews and Consumer Reports, and I agree that this vacuum is tops in its price range.
