This vacuum is very easy to use and on the much lighter side, i also like the fact that it has a larger capacity for dirt but didn't like the fact that it didn't have the automatic cord rollup. But, overall very happy.

I have used many vacuums over the years. All of them had decent features but the only one that was consistently reliable was my bagged Hoover. I was tired of changing the bags so I switched to a bagless. I bought the less expensive brands and the worked for a while then they would fry. Well now I've bought another Hoover and so far I am ecstatic! I bought the animal model not because I have animals, but because I have 3 girls with long hair, so I am hoping the clogging issues I've had with other brands will me nearly nonexistent with this vacuum!! This vacuum has power, and as long as it keeps the power, I will never buy another brand!!!

Does the job efficiently & quickly!! Good for pet hair also!!

It is easy to use. Pushes easily on the rugs as well as the hard wood floors. The sucking is great and all of the accessories work great. It is lite to carry up and down the stairs the only problem I have is that it is hard to get the canister on and off. Also the on off button is a little hard to get to quickly. But great vacuum otherwise.

Great vacuum with good suction power and very strong

Have used for 3 weeks now without a glitch. Has a nice array of accessories and with the 12 amp motor for plenty of power. If you own pets you would be hard pressed to find a better vacuum for this price.

I had the older model of this vacuum and it broke after two years. Luckily, I had the geek squad warranty and was able to replace it for this model. I have two cats and it does a pretty good job sucking up all the hair only complaint is it's large size and heavier than other models.
