This vacuum is great for both bare floors as well as carpet. It has adequate suction and is fairly light weight. An excellent entry-level vacuum cleaner.

This vacuum was an excellent value and best model at this price point. Several models that were hundreds of dollars more only slightly out performed this Hoover. I've had a couple of Hoovers over the past 10 years, and all have performed extremely well. This new model seems no different.

Our old vacuum died so I had to go out and buy a new one, this one was the right price and the right features for all my dogs hair around the house.

I purchased this vacuum a year ago and it still works great. I live in a one bedroom apartment with 2 cats and their fur gets on everything so I need to vacuum at least a few times a month. The cleaning accessories are perfect for hard to reach areas or couch cushions. The vacuum itself suctions well and the filter-free compartment makes emptying out the easy-drop receptacle a breeze. Would definitely recommend!

I've enjoyed this vacuum, does great for pets and has some components to get in small areas so you can vacuum out hair, as far as a vacuum it does the job great!

This vacuum is powerful enough for kids & pets you can actually see where you vacuumed the carpet. The hose is short for using the hand held tools, easy to clean.

Great vacuum for hair pick up, does a good job sucking that up nor problem. Has some powder escape when sucking up litter left behind by cats though. Was on the attachment nozzle and visible on connector to the body as well.

I purchased this one day kind of on a whim. I knew I needed a vacumm and I was returning something but didn't want a refund. The vacumm and the item I returned was the same price so I said, "what the heck, ill get it, I need one". I am So happy with the purchase!

I was on the market for a new vacuum because my Mach III didn't seem to be working right. My cat decided it would be fun to bring on the apocalypse with fleas. However, this little vacuum was my savior. Since it is bag-less, I emptied it out after every vacuum job. After a week of almost daily vacuuming, it solved my issue (on top of giving my cat a flea collar). Pros: Quieter than the Mach III Good suction Decent cord length for my apartment Cons: Pet tool works, but not as effective on my bed sheets Pet tool gets incredibly loud Scares my cat. Not cat friendly.

Bought for my son's apartment, he's in college. Needed something affordable, but good. It works just fine for a college kid.

This vacuum does really well for us. We have cats, so a good pet friendly vacuum was a requirement. This does the job well, and was at a great price point!

This vacuum is perfect for when your family comes home muddy and especially those artificial turf pellets. It's easy to tell when you need to dump the cartridge because the bag-less bin is transparent in the front.

All the reviews online commented how amazing the suction was on this vacuum. Let me absolutely agree, it's the best! The pet hair attachment was my favorite part in that it has rubber "blades" to pick up hair rather than a brush. No more pulling hair out!

We have two Shiba Inus, and they shed constantly. This vacuum is cheap and works really well to pick up their hair. We put it through the wringer with those two dogs. My only complaint: Man that color is ugly.
