    Had originally gone in to buy a Bissel vacuum that was on sale to replace my Bissel that had died after 15 years of service. Unfortunately they had none of the sale ones or any other Bissel. Bought the Hoover Wind Tunnel since spec wise it was comparable. The cord was shorter and it wasn't as quiet as my Bissel. It got to be very noisy as time went by to the point of being too much too take. Since I had purchased a service agreement for it I decided to take it in to see if something could be done. They gave me credit for the Hoover and I purchased a Bissel.

    We have had several hoover windvacs in this price range, and although this one works well, it really feels cheap and does not have all the bells and whistles that we used to get. Not sure how long it will last and disappointed that it comes with less, but as long as it gets the dirt up, I content.
