I was looking for a vacuum and visited Best Buy. The sales agent was from Pacific Sales and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable (which isn't my typical experience at Best Buy). Every time I visit the appliance department however it's 100% different. The Pacific Sales team must be an entirely different breed.

The cord holder broke 5 days after I bought the product.

This is a great vacuum. I like the ease of dumping the canister when finished vacuuming. My only regret is choosing a new vacuum without a headlight. My old vacuum had one and it is missed dearly. Good product for the price point with 2 huskies in the house.

I am glad I got these vacs on sale and that I purchased the add'l insurance. However, for these vacs to be labeled bagless pet uprights, the filters are not adequate and need to rinsed often. Retailers should also carry the necessary by-products like belts and filters.

this vacuum appealed to me as I could see how much easier it was to empty out and to clean the reusable filters.it picks up more rabbit fuzz and snake skin in my deep shag carpet. the animals are happier now with a cleaner flooring surface.

This is the best vaccum cleaner I have ever owned! I was amazed at how much dirt it got up on the first use. It just proved that what I was using was not working at all! I love this one so much, I bought a second one for up stairs.

If it wasn't for the short hose this would be a great vacuum cleaner. It does what I need it to do around the house except when I need the hose. The hose is WAY to short. It would be nice if there was an extended hose to attach when needed.

Its good but i still expected a bit more suction. You need to pass it several times to really get it clean. Still good and happy with it. Would recommend. Picks up hair good.

Purchased as a replacement for a similar name brand vacuum, this vacuum works as advertised. It's a little heavier than similar vacuums but it has a solid, sturdy feel when you use it. Not to difficult to assemble either.

I was cleaning carpet after installing a sheet rock wall. There was sanding dust from the joint compound. Very fine dust quickly clogged the collection filtration area. Required that I disassemble the system and thoroughly hand wash the filtration system. Otherwise the vacuum is good. Would recommend to a friend with explanation.

Vacuum has good suction and a wide base but the hight adjustment knob isn't the easiest to set which makes it hard to figure out correct hight until you get used to it

Needed something quick without breaking the bank. This item was perfect. What made it really great is that I ordered online and had it delivered without paying for shipping! I'm a fan.

The vacuum works great on carpet and furniture but it doesn't pick up dirt and hair that well on hardwood flooring. I almost have to sweep the floor before vacuuming.

Works good but I wish the the small attachment was a brush attachment and not 3 long rubber pieces. Can’t get the dust with this attachment

good vacuum cleaner, although after a while when i use the suction tube it drops some dust back on to the floor. Must be normal wear and tear, this happens to me with most of my vacuum cleaners.
