It was really amazing how much pet dander and dirt that this vacuum accumulated over the previous vacuum we owned. It does an excellent job getting the floor clean.

Good so far,but is so low to floor, if you go from hardwood floor to rug you will have to till front up a little higher. To mount rug.

I have a lab mix that sheds more than me, requiring I vacuum at least once a week. It picks up a lot of hair. Still going strong after a few years.

Price was right and was exactly what was needed as far as performance, weight and maintenance. So happy we chose this product. Speedy delivery !

I have 2 kids so this vacuum picks up everything from Cheerios to rice crispies. It has been very durable and cleans very well. I would recommend it !!!

Very happy with this unit, it does a great job. The brand was was a factor, I'm not sorry we bought this, you can always count on Hoover for a good product.

So far, I like the vacuum just fine. The only thing I dont like about it is the length of the cord, (on the short side).

Very good product. I had one similar before which last me 3 years of consistent use. The only thing this is missing is the auto real feature

This vacuum cleaner is great. I have a long haired collie spitz and this vacuum cleaner picked up all the hair without making too many passes on the area rug.

we got a dog. we discovered we needed a better vacuum. we got this vacuum and it does a great job. it has good reviews and does as good or better than reviewed.

The vacuum is great and works well. The only issue is the location of on off switch is awkward. Other than that it is perfect.

Love the new model with easy dumping of the sweepings. Filter disassembles for cleaning too. Convienent and economical.

This is my THIRD time owning this model. The 1st time this vacuum didn't last half a year..this second one lasted maybe 3/4 of a year. I most certainly would not recommend this model. In fact there is currently a newer model called the Wind Tunnel 3, but Best Buy didn't carry it at the time I purchased this Wind Tunnel 2. I suspect Hoover may have made a flawed design in the Wind Tunnel 2. We vacuum 3 bedrooms 2 times a week. So its not really heavily used. When it works, its a good performing unit.. but when it goes bad it goes bad immediately without any indication, and all suction ceases. It was maintained, cleaned etc but still went bad. If this third one goes bad I can assure you I will switch models and possibly Brands altogether. I am thankful however for my local Best Buy store swapping out the vacuums each time. They have great customer service.

It's an average vacuum, not too powerful as I was expecting but I think it is what you get for the price.

A little smaller in size than I'm used to. But it works fine so far, although it is new so it should anyway, right?

I had this for a week and the belt snapped when I accidentally Sucked in clothes that made it stuck. Other than that it works great.

I love my new vacuum as it really shows how filthy your floors are after you vacuum even though you think your home is fairly clean!
