Works well with vacuuming pet hair. This vacuum is not to heavey and is easy to clean.

Works perfectly on hardwood and carpet. Love not tripping over the cord or having to fight to wrap it up. Little tricky the first time getting the canister to lock back into place but once i figured it out it is easy. Do wish the lock the hose extender was a little more secure but that is a minor annoyance.

This vaccum really has awesome suction and attachments work great as needed

Everyone that I spoke with was very helpful. They told me where the item I was looking for was and had nice girl in that department she loaded my cart for, I use a cane and can’t lift things. Then going to checkout I asked if someone could load my car with my purchase and Bam he got someone to take my purchase to my van and loaded into my van.

So far so good with this vacuum. The fact self-retracting power cord is a great feature! I also like the fact that the brushes will stop when moved into the upright position. The only thing I don't like is that the pivot brush is a little flimsy. If I try to press it down on a surface, it'll pivot further and thus doesn't work

good power picks up the cat litter on the rug with no problem. the rewind option is great.

It's so much better than my old vacuum. More powerful and I don't have to go over the same areas three time.

Works great, easy to use, easy to empty. Nice to be able to rinse the filter and not have to keep buying new ones.

The automatic winding chord is great. The brush attachment is not sturdy and keeps bending, and is primarily good for just brushing walls. It purposely bends, but severely deteriorates the suction when using it. Also the electric chord gets pretty hot after using for more than 5 mins, not sure it that's a good thing. 5 stars because overall it dies good job as a vacuume and cleaning.

I brought this for my sister who recently had heart surgery. The Wind Tunnel is easy to use and lightweight.

This vacuum works better than my Dysons and I'm glad I bought it. It is a great buy for the money.
