I didn't realize how terrible my old vacuum was until I used this one. This one sucked up so much hair and dirt that had to have been in the carpet for 2 years. The only annoying thing is that the little pet turbo attachment does not stay on very well.

A little on the Plasticy/Cheap feeling, but other than that I cant really fault it. Gets the job done, its easy to empty the collection bin and it works great on dog hair.

Didn’t really work that well for pet hair or maybe o just got a dud.. also the suction wasn’t that great and it’s a heavy vacuum.

Replaced my Windtunnel One model that lasted more than 15 years. Good, dependable construction. Great suction. Accessories are very useful. The roller does a great job in getting smaller items. Not self-propelled like my old one though, making it somewhat hard to push. Overall, a great vacuum for the price.

We bought this machine because we were tired of paying a premium for a Dyson. Only time will tell if this was a wise choice. The vacuum had a sticker on it saying it was designed for homes with pets. We have pets that shed a lot. The vacuum worked first time, but lost its suction the second time. After messing around and removing a few parts, I found that the vacuum hose was clogged with pet hair. I had to remove it to clear the hose. It seems unusual to me that an "floor mode" the vacuum still draws through the attachment hose. I understand the economy of it, but expect to have to clear the hose regularly, whether you think you're using it or not.

I love this vacuum! I will never buy a diff brand!

For some reason, we have to clean it more often than our old one. It is light weight, and we bought it in Thanks Giving - so, surely value for money. But I was expecting it much bettter

The Vaccum cleaner is good, however when I had to take it to the service representative in Rochester, MN, they did not do a good job, but as a product it is good. I would not recommend the service representative in Rochester, MN.

Ive had this vacuum cleaner for a couple of months now and it works fine. I have noticed that some of the dust that gets picked up stays on the top of the trash container, thus making me unlock the handle to dump out the trash.

Great product works good and perfect for the price

I highly recommend this vacuum. I use it for commercial cleaning 5 days a week and it lasts better than most if not all other vacuums we have had on our jobs. Clean it out once a week and on Monday we put it back together dry and ready to go. We vacuum over 3000 square foot a day with it, it is awesome.
