I owned a wind tunnel vacuum 20 years ago and it was better built and smoother to use. This vacuum is bulky and awkward to move around

So far it is working well. I vacuumed my carpet with the vacuum I owned previously then vacuumed with the new one . I couldn't believe how much more it vacuumed out of the carpet after I just vacuumed with my older vacuum

This vacuum is practically perfect in every way. The only thing that hasn't been great about it is the little mini brushroller head attachment. It is belt driven and gets stuck/doesn't function. Other than that, I highly recommend this!

when i bought this vacuum it was $100.00 and by far one of best ones i had went strong for 3 years. till the ruber got loose but expected thus why i place the warranty.

Overheats and shuts of within a few minutes. Followed instructions, pulled cord all the way out, still overheats. Machine won't turn on until it cools off. Machine is supposed to be an upgrade to its previous version, but it's exactly the same. (Except the previous version doesn't overheat.) Even the parts are interchangeable.

Decent value for the price although amazon had reconditioned ones for $30 less. I wanted it asap as my old vac died and I had a big black Lab shedding like crazy.

I bought this Hoover WindTunnel 2 to replace an older model Hoover we had for years. We got a great deal on the price. I am looking forward to the durability and service we had in the last model. So far, we are very happy with it.

So far so good, vacuum works great. Cons- there's no place to store the upholstery want and the the other attachment doesnt stay in place when bent.

Love my new vacuum does everything my hardwood floors and my rug as well as my sofa and gets all the pet fur up and no bags which is great especially with asthma

Good vacuum, nice power, However a 3 weeks after using, the retractable cord would not retract, will have to take to a shop to fix as Best Buy won't fix it.

Product started smoking and burning. No idea what happened. Used my $60 protection plan and got a replacement. Same issue a few weeks later. Best Buy won’t help at all and told me to eat the cost. Now I have to spend another 150+ on a vacuum.

Does what it is supposed to do, One drawback is that it doesn't have drive wheels and is very heavy. There also is no lighting on the front.

We got this on sale for $100 and it’s solid vacuum nothing to special other than the hose attachment you can use ceiling fans that’s real nice.

I really like this vacuum. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars, is because the plug is on the wrong side, which makes it difficult to use the whole vacuum properly.

I like the vacuum very much but I find it to be extremely heavy and hard for me to lift when I need to.

I been having this hoover windtunnel vacuum for 2-3 months and it works as a charm. It's been a long time we haven't used a vacuum we just sweeped for months but realize that we had a lot of dirt in the floor. Thanks to vacuum my home is clean.

This vacuum cleaner has several features that most don't, like a turbo tool for pet hair, etc., and an on/off switch for the brush roller, which makes it very versatile for cleaning both carpet and bare floors. Very well made.

Was looking for a lightweight winter little vacuum that I could do hardwood floors as well as vacuum carpet with me and able to switch off the brush is this vacuum did not do it it would just lift up the brushes above the floor but they would still touch the hardwood floor and this is not what I wanted I would not recommend this vacuum cleaner but Best Buy did try to find a vacuum that would meet my needs this one was just not yet

Too loud vacuum and it is not working good at all.

This purchase replaced a dead Kenmore Elite that was made by LG. It had the exact specifications as the one it replaced, so it was a perfect fit. It's a microwave. It does what it is intended to do.
