Bought this to replace a Budget model from Bissel I owned for almost 5 years. This one looks basic but does have a powerful motor. Its also lightweight and smaller.

Gets the basic job done...Advertises no loss of suction, but I experienced serious loss of suction, even after emptying regularly. Did not regain it until completely disassembled, washed and let dry as recommended. Pet hair/stair attachment does not work very well. Don't like where the power button is located. Hose doesn't seem to extend as long as advertised. Do however like the rotatable attachment. I probably would not buy this again and would try something else.

I didn’t realize how bad our old vacuum was until we used this one. Carpet looks great again. This is a great purchase

This vacuum does a great job and seems to work well on most surfaces, but it is very heavy.

To get to the point, great products kudos to Hoover keeping their brand at highest point. No problems since purchasing. Hoover known worldwide for vaccuum reliabilites.

I've used Hoover before and it still hold up to its name. Definitely worth the money. Takes minutes to put together.

I vacuumed my house and got more dirt than other vacuums. The house smells better since I wish I had bought this one before the other one.

I love it! It takes out of the rug all dirt!!! The only thin is that the hose it is a little bit stiff. It manageable!! Overall love it!!!

I have to say that I returned the Hoover - WindTunnel 2 back to Best Buy. The only problem I had with this vacuum was that the suction was so strong that it would suck itself hard against the carpet such that it was near impossible to move. There was no adjustment that I could find to raise the vacuum up higher. I don't know if this was a defect or if this is just the way it is.

So far this has worked great. Does a great job of picking everything up. The only downside is the power switch is in a strange location. Other than that it’s great.

does the job well on carpet and pet hair. However, on bare floor it does not do well with dog hair

We have carpet, tile, wood and linoleum in our apartment with a maine coon cat and this thing leaves no specks of dirt behind. Easy to clean and store. No more mess with the cord either.

I read the review, then go buy it. The first time i use, it spitted out dirt ball from the back, and did not work well on my carpet. The accesseries wand did not work well for my ceiling fan either.

It works really well. Was pleasantly suprised at the value we got for such a reasonable price

Works wonderfully! Not too heavy just right. I like the attachments and not too loud.

So far it's doing what I need it to do. Can't see myself buying a Kirby, Rainbow or Oreck. This is America, you have access to new products all the time.
