Ease of use is terrible. There is absolutely zero flexibility. The power cord location and design are horrible as well. This unit has more buttons levers and switches than my entire neighborhood!

It is heavier than some vacuums and the dirt collecting canister is awkward to empty. I knew that from reading other reviews but the value of this one makes it worth choosing over others.
