    It works but not as pictured. It shows as having the brush on/off switch which it doesnt. And model number on the site vs box. It works but is a cheap version of what I previously had which was a wind tunnel 2

    The screw was missing for the handle to connect to the body of the vacuum. I bought another screw for it but it does not tighten. I works great but if i grab it by the handle to roughly or try and pick it up it will disassembly.

    Great vacuum. I really like the fact that the spinning brushes stop when the vacuum is upright. Won't tear up your carpet when using the hose.
