This vacuum cleaner does a great job. Love that it comes with many attachments- including a brush for baseboards and hard to reach surfaces.

• Convenient, compact design. • Too heavy for me (at 78) • Robust action. Great for pet hair. • Needs better unpacking guide, BECAUSE I thought the thin-nose-nozzle was missing. Only after I studied the pix on the box (in color) did I realize it was stored inside a wand. Additionally, attaching the canister was an ordeal. Instructions lack detail. I need to indicate alignment with a magic marker, otherwise a lot of time will be wasted during canister cleaning trying to attach. • Great for one user. More thought requiresd with multiple users. Will need frequent inventory in regards to: The housekeeper KEEPS all the tools stored on-the-appliance. I took pix of the box for quick reference of tool placement.

Works great for homes with dog hair. Love the retractable cord. Easy to empty and attachments seem to have good suction also.

My wife recently purchased this amazing Vacuum, because we wanted something new. We donated our 2015 Hoover toe Goodwill Industries while it was still in working condition. I have used it well before now, and I am amazed by this Vacuum. Today I had time to take advantage of all the attachments. I was able to vacuum under all the beds, dressers, etc. Also it has an attachment for the stairs, which makes it an easy task. We just love what we can do around our Home with this Vacuum.

NEEDED A REPLACEMENT FOR 10 YEAR OLD CURRENT ONE. LIKE THE NEW TECHNOLOGY. ESPECIALLY THE SELF RETRACTING CORD. AND STRONG SUCTION POWER.

This vacuum has absolutely no trouble cleaning the carpet or hard floors. There's plenty of suction to pick up animal fur or anything else the pets or kids track in.

This vacuum has pretty good suction but it is very loud! I would recommend to a friend only if they like noise! :)

Too bulky and heavy, no way to do stairs. Cleans well, but wouldn't recommend it for a person who had hardwood and stairs and was going to go between floors with it. It is good for 1 level of the home with full carpet.

Definitely a B+ to A- in the vacuuming aspect with many nice features like the retraceable cord. A little on the heavy side.
