It will deep clean all carpeting. on the negitive side: Not self propelled Very heavy 40lb vac. Does not fit to clean under raised furniture. Not for Seniors.

Great vacuum.

We installed new carpet and this Hoover works better than the Dyson on it. Love the recoil cord feature. The attachment feature with flex hose is much easier to use also. A great machine

Hoover Makes the Best Vacuums

It's a wonderful vacuum, not too heavy, picks up lots of pet hair, and has a nice style to it. The attachments work great for stairs, curtains, and corner spots where it's hard to vacuum. The last Hoover I had, an older model/verison of this one lasted many years. As long as you clean the rinsable filter, they are made to last unlike many other brands!
