Pet fur clings and doesn't fall out when released, so I end up using my hand to pull it out. Otherwise, very happy.

It works incredibly well on our hard wood floors. Pulls up dog hair easily, and all the tools are easy to use. You can clean fans really easily as well. Just be careful when pulling out the power cord the first time. I almost pulled it too far and got it stuck.

The dirt gets pushed up around the filter and it is a pain to clean. I think a bigger bowl area would help solve that problem. The lock on the wand does not hold so it keeps coming unlocked and collapsing which is very annoying. I thought the attachment brush looked good, but it really doesn't work very well. I think the crevice tool seems a little cheaply made and I don't like the square end. Very disappointed in this vacuum. I think with a some improvements it would be a good vacuum.

For the price it's good, it's got some improvements from our old one, just doesn't have a light but we didn't need it. Shutting the roller off on flat floor is great though.

Just one problem though is that it's a bit difficult to push around when vacuuming and there is a plastic smell whenever it turns on.
