I've had it for 3 weeks now and it's been a success. It's amazing how powerful the suction is while on the floor as well as with the hose. The hose extends a good range and has incredible power. Easy to maneuver as well.

I purchased this on black Friday for 129.00. It is truly better than the $450.00 Dyson that died after 2 years of use. The suction is strong and will pick up any dirt the first try.

I purchased my air pro a month ago when it was on sale for $129. but today was my first time using it. I wanted to wait until we closed on our new house to use it. before we moved in, the sellers cleaned our carpets. when I vacuumed over what they supposedly cleaned, this vacuum picked up lots of dirt and dust. I love the features and it maneuvers very easily. only down side is that it is really loud and it's pretty heavy.

Almost same suction as my: uh70210,which I owned for three years. This one has more features, and cleans better than my uh70210. Only problem I have, it clamps to my kitchen floor without brushes on. (not always) Still earns a five star from me.

I read as many of the reviews about this vacuum and most seemed very positive. There are more good things than bad about this vacuum. Unless I have a defective model, the edge cleaning from the front or side is non-existent. The lack of edge cleaning is the most annoying thing I found on this vacuum. My very first bagged Windtunnel had very good edge cleaning. New technology Windtunnel obviously does not. That is why I am dropping two stars. It does seem to adjust very smoothly from one floor to another, and the wide path cleaning of this vacuum is wonderful as it seems to pick up the smallest dirt particles not seen on your floor. That's a good thing. The edge cleaning is something I plan to email/chat with Hoover about. If this edge cleaning issue is indeed the norm, then I will have to return this back to BB. For the amount of money this vacuum is I cannot in good conscious recommend this vacuum because it should do better at edge cleaning..

I purchased this item less than a year ago. On the Inside of the upper hose assembly there's a metal 3/4 ring that is held in place by a spring loaded ping against the inside of the tube. This metal piece/ring comes lose every so often. Which in turn does not allow the upper hose assembly to go back into position/click into place. This is easily repaired by me, but a pain nonetheless. The second problem I've had is that the bottom hose that connects the brush roller to canister has developed a cut/slit. Called Hoover Cust. service and the nice lady said she would gladly sent a replacement hose since I've not had the vacuum too long. Then she said that the hose is not detachable, so I'll have to visit a service center (15 miles from home) :( Overall, the vacuum is a good deal. Hover hit a home-run with this one even with the minor quality issues.

Have owned this vaccum for about 2 years now and have had it in to be repaired 3 times. Twice the beater bar quit and now it just quit and won't turn on. This last time I told the repair person if the warranty doesn't pay to fix it he should just throw it in the trash because I would never pay to fix this. The only good thing about this vacuum is that it comes with a good warranty.

Great product from Hoover...However my unit gets too hot and shuts down almost every use...outside of that works great...I did not realize how much dirt and dog hair gets trapped in my carpet...

I bought this vacuum for my daughter and SIL to use on the stained concrete floors they have through their 3000 sq ft home. The robot floor care alone just couldn't keep up and, with a newborn, cleaning time is limited. This vacuum is perfect and works quickly and effortlessly. They love it!

Worst vacuum ever. overheats after 10 minutes of use, and yes i do clean it and follow the instructions in the owners manual. The brushes stopped working today, unit is only 10 months old. Took it back to best buy and they were great, gave me back my full purchase price. There was a lady behind me in line returning the same vacuum, only 6 months old.
