I’m happy with the way that it vacuums. The long cord has been very beneficial.

We are very happy with this vacuum cleaner. Love the powerful suction and the attachments are actually useful. Previously owned a Shark and we prefer the Hoover.

Bought several other vacuums hoping to resolve the pet hair problem. I’ve been disappointed but this works better than most. Better than Dyson.

I joke with my wife because she could seriously be a vacuum tester. She likes to vacuum everyday, and she's tough on them. Yes...she likes to vacuum. I'll take yard work over vacuuming any day. This is the second Hoover in this model we've purchased, and it's only because she killed the first one after years of use. It does it's job, and it cleans as well as expected. No need to go over the top with a vacuum purchase. We like this one, and we're sticking with it. Well, she likes it.

First bought a Bissell. Mistake. It works fine, but the canister on the vacuum does not sit properly on vac. Every time you empty or lift-off the canister, you must fight to get it to sit right on the vacuum again. The Bissell went back and I bought this Hoover. Heavier vacuum and more powerful than the Bissell, but the problem is the hose connection to the vacuum. It does not click into the vacuum, like the older models did, it just sit up against the vacuum's seal ring without a tight seal. Eventually, the dust and dirt will just fly out of it. It went back too. Bought a purple Shark. It is perfect. Easy to use. Lightweight. Strong suction and all parts click into vacuum for a sturdy well made design.

Loved the power but is a little too heavy for me. If you can handle it, works great.

My particular version of this model came without the flow control valve (air valve dial) as it was pictured in the above site photo. Was kind of looking forward to not having to stoop so low just to disengage the hose from the base to use the attachments. That's why the 4 star rating. However, I did come away with a feature just as important to me, a headlight for vacuuming in low light. I did get it all together and fired it up briefly. Everything appears to working correctly. Guess you can't always get everything you want in a product, but I am still a happy camper nonetheless.

Love this vacuum. I bought this to replace one that broke. Works very well, sucks very well the only downside is it’s extremely heavy

This vacuum has great suction, great coverage, is easy to clean and the brush rolls are easily accessible for cleaning.

This vacuum is a great power house. I particularly like the wide width. The different settings are easy to use and it comes with many usefully attachments.

Picked this vacuum for very plush carpets. It is set at the highest level and I still have to really push it around. Does a great job at picking up pet hair.

I wasn't sure if I would like a bagless cleaner. This cleaner had good to excellent ratings everywhere I checked. It was easy to setup and I was vacuuming in 10 minutes. We rescue dogs from shelters and find new homes for them. We have multiple dogs inside our house. I had vacuumed 3 days before I brought this vac home. This new vacuum sucked more dog hair out of my carpet than I knew was even there. Wow. I had to empty it twice the first time I vacuumed. This is a great vac and I haven't even mentioned the furniture tool.

The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I have only used it twice since purchasing. But it was very easy to assemble (minimal) and works wonders. I bought it for my cleaning business and love how it makes the lines in the rugs :).. Suction is great and very lightweight.. I would definitely recommend!
