Great vacuum for the price. Like the suction. Nice long cord. Nice long cleaning hose

Once again Best Buy comes thru! “George” from the on line division helped ship this Hoover to me he followed thru on all aspects! A+++! The Hoover has a really long cord yay! And allows me to reach the ac vents as well. No animal hair but a lot of “dust bunnies”—super job! I have always been a “bag man” however this model might have converted me!

This vacuum has picked up things that I didn't even know were there!!! Leftover vacuum powder from 1 year ago (it's been a while since I used it). I vacumned with my old vacumn just a day prior to using this one. The amount of hair, dust, and nastiness this vacumn picked up just absolutely baffles me! I would definitely recommend this vacuum I don't have a pet but I am a girl and my hair is everywhere!

After using an inferior vacuum for the past two years I finally had enough of it leaving a lot of stuff behind and having to make multiple passes just to be more annoyed when the vacuum got too hot and shut off half way though the job. I did a lot of research and was temped to buy the more expensive vacuums but decided on this one. Price was right and this vacuum does not disappoint. I think the thing I like about this model is that it has 3 filters that helps cut down on dust. I was amazed at how much more stuff was picked up versus our old vacuum (which I used the day prior). One feature that I liked is the switch that lets you alternate between using just the hose and the vacuum as an upright. The attachment for the furniture actually works, and it works really good. the telescopic tube attachment is pretty convenient and works well. Overall I'd give this Vacuum two thumbs up. If you are looking for a new vacuum that doesn't break the bank I suggest this one.

I purchased this for my mother in law. She has a long haired dog and this vacuum has made an impressive impact on the cleanliness of her carpets. It works very well!

Received this vacuum within 10 minutes of opening the box a part broke on the vacuum. Called the vacuum company the next day. Got a run around. Days went by and then a few weeks . Got part which was the wrong part. Past the 30 warranty by this time. Called again and was told to go to a parts store to buy my part I needed. Very bad customer service from Hoover. Great vacuum. Strong suction. So strong you get a work out. I would have given it a 5 star. Yet to get a part is ridiculous. I could have taken the vacuum back and gotten a new one but I thought I was doing the right thing by calling customer service. If yours break within the 30 days take it back, don't call their customer service, you will get a run around and it will take weeks to get your part. During this time you have no vacuum!! Beware

Vac is lighter than my old one and works well. Noise level isn’t horrible.

My walmart special vacuum quit on me after about 4 yrs...I purchased this vacuum rite away to replace it and was pleasantly surprised to see how well this one worked better....we use carpet fresh powder on out carpet but havnt for a while when I used our new vacuum I noticed that it had picked up were our old one left off by sucking up almost a whole box of that carpet fresh. To say the least,this vacuum is awesome!

Has great suction and works great. Should’ve looked for one with retractable cord. Hate having to lean down to put cord away. Feels like it won’t suction if you press off on the floor option. Best suction power is when the potion is on.

After the hand-me-down vacuums, I had to purchase a better vacuum for pets. With fur everywhere, I would be raking the carpet even after vacuuming. This vacuum filled up pretty quick the first time I used it. So nice to finally have a vacuum that works well!! Very pleased with my purchase.

I like the vacuum cleaner as it is powerful and cleans thoroughly. However, whenever I used the hose with its attachments, the top attachment easily detached itself from the second (red) attachment during normal use. Otherwise, the vacuum cleaner performs very well.

Best vacuum we've had yet! Wife loves light and suction power. Worth extra bucks above their lesser model we owned with auto chord rewinding. Wish they would put this feature on this model!!! Is hard to push because of suction but need to take time to dial in type of surface to drag/suction power you want.

This is a good vacuum but it is very heavy. Has good suction. Probably wouldn't recommend because of the weight of the vacuum makes it hard to push.
