Great suction, would give 5 if it had auto cord winder or detachable canister for vacuuming stairs. Either of the two mentioned items would had given a five.

I've had this vacuum about a month and use it almost daily. It works great and really love how it combs the rug.

This our second Hoover Tunnel3. We have purchased the second for our downstairs rooms. It is performing perfectly as is the first one we purchased last year. This is a good addition since we have a dog and cats. Excellent product.

Very good vacuum st the right price. Caught on sale and has done a fantastic job so far. Very easy to manage and not too heavy. Does all types of floors, rug, tile, hardwood and furniture. Great suction for those messy places.

This vacuum cleaner is insane!!! I thought my old vacuum has been doing it’s job...man was I wrong. After using this vacuum my carpets look like they have been steam cleaned. It’s insane how much dirt it get out of your carpet.

After looking at additional brands, I was impressed by this model. After the 1st week - this Vacuum DELIVERS what's advertised about it! Can't go wrong with it!

We purchased to replace an exhausting unit. This has more suction and features than the previous model. The retractable hose extension and hand heads are a plus when picking up after your pet.

This vacuum works very well and is sturdy. We use it often to clean up our Siberian Huskies fur out of the carpet without any issues. It is durable and hasn’t caused any problems.

I got this as a second vacuum for my upstairs because I was tired of lugging my other one up and down the steps. I’ve used a Dyson for years, and I love it! But I must say this does quite well, especially for the price.

Works fantastic on our shag rug, which was what we really needed this vacuum for. Has great suction and has been working well. Much better than the bissel pet one we had that broke shortly after purchasing.

Previously had a hoover that had lasted over 10 years with lots of abuse (remodel). This is a replacement and has excellent power and the specific features I wanted.

I got this hoping the attachments were not so cheaply made or lose suction but, it is what it is. The upholstery/pet hair attachment immediately lost all suction when I tried using it on the sofa. The actual vacuum itself did have a decent amount of suction but given I went from having a Dyson to this.. I guess if I buy cheap I should expect cheap. Trying to vacuum the stairs was the biggest pain as the bag less container kept coming off and I wasn’t pressing the button.

I have bought a hoover before at best buy I was very happy with it. But this one is a wow , it is also a hoover but better than the last one this hoover really sucks up the dirt and hair from dogs ,I am just so please with it, and as always best buy service is always fast

The pet attachment is worth its weight in gold. make sure to buy a 2nd filter so when you take out the first one and clean it you don't need to wait for it to dry. The suction is unreal and i can feel the carpet lifting wen i use the step attachment.

I had a previous model of wind tunnel. That just wouldn't stop working. It lasted five years and I only changed it because of its color. This new one seems to be made of the same quality. I'm very happy with it so far it works very similar to the previous model. I feel like I made an excellent choice.

I got this one to replace a more expensive vacuum that ended up not working out so well. I haven't had any issues with it yet and does the job pretty well for me.
