I am a heavy user of vacuums, brutal in fact. This is a great machine. I did have a brush roll problem, which was quickly and courteously corrected by the factory. Love this vacuum! It is the best ever!

This vacuum cleaner is the best. After reviewing different types of stores and their prices, they could not compare to Best Buy. I love my vacuum cleaner and Hoover is the best.

Old vacuum was dying and with a little on line research and visits to the competition decided this vacuum was the fit we needed. Has done a very good job so far.

This Vacuum does everything! My favorite thing us cleaning my ceiling fans.

I recommend this machine. It cleans well and is easy to operate. You will have to roll the electric cord by hand in the back, but it's a great machine. I would buy one again.

Works as described. Only down side is that the extension tool doesn't stay secure in clip. Other than that happy with purchase.

I have old carpet and long haired large dogs. The suction is great. My only complaint is that I have to empty the dirt out too soon.

First time I used this product I was extremely happy. I have five dogs that are outside and that stay inside at night. This vacuum is powerful and picked up all dog hair in my carpets.

The vacuum works great! It is a little heavier than what I wanted - but overall very happy with it.

Super long cord to reach many rooms. Only disappointment was that you have to unwind the cord, it doesn't have the rotate and dump feature on the cord reel.

Looked at several vacuum cleaners and this one had the right features at the right price. Was easy to put together. I love how easy it is to empty the canister. A couple of very minor complaints. The plastic handle feels cheap, it doesn't fit tightly and seems like it might come off eventually. Also getting the tools to stay in place is a challenge - shouldn't be so difficult to attach them to the vacuum cleaner when they aren't in use. But it does an excellent job vacuuming that's for sure.

Very heavy, bulky and large. It gets dog hair up and debris.

Great vacuum. Only downfall is getting all the attachments to stay on the vacuum and attachments fall off easily while using.

Vacuum works well, not too noisy. So far so good. We'll see how it goes down the road:)

This works better than a more expensive brand or model. Suction is excellent. Carpet is clean, unlike when a lightweight, low amp machine is used.
