Not Impressed

I have hardwood floors and didn't really think I needed much more. This was the first time I purchased a Hoover. The first one would not work. I did get it warrantied, but it was a hassle. We had been doing a home addition and I didn't want to use the vacuum, until the house was clean from construction. I made the mistake of leaving in the box for a few mintha without checking it. I am still missing a handle piece on the new one that sent. I didn't bother to contact them again. Now that I have one that functions, I am not impressed with the overall setup. The extra attachments fall off the vacuum when they aren't in use. I also am not used to using a switch to go from floor to the hole mode. I used to be able to just lift out the hose. The quality of the vacuum is fine. It is other things that I don't care for on this vacuum.
