I have typically purchased cheaper vacuums. I have hardwood floors and didn't really think I needed much more. This was the first time I purchased a Hoover. The first one would not work. I did get it warrantied, but it was a hassle. We had been doing a home addition and I didn't want to use the vacuum, until the house was clean from construction. I made the mistake of leaving in the box for a few mintha without checking it. I am still missing a handle piece on the new one that sent. I didn't bother to contact them again. Now that I have one that functions, I am not impressed with the overall setup. The extra attachments fall off the vacuum when they aren't in use. I also am not used to using a switch to go from floor to the hole mode. I used to be able to just lift out the hose. The quality of the vacuum is fine. It is other things that I don't care for on this vacuum.

I have a teenager and a "woolly" husky. I need a vacuum that will handle it all. So far, the vacuum is doing a great job!

All good . Works well. Easily dump the canister. No bags to worry about.

Nice vacuum, great accessories- and easy to put together. Vacuum is a little heavier than I thought.

If you want one of the best department store vacuums, then this is definitely one of them! Picks up more dust and dirt than my 8 year old shark lift away delux did when it was new. The super long power cord is great, as well as the long accessory hose and large waste bin. Do not hesitate to buy!

It's good but is very heavy and it's says pet smart but hair gets stuck big time.

I really have nothing bad to say about you this product. My only issue is that it can be a little heavy.

Great retractable cord and decent suction. Not bad for the price.

Loud!!!! Especially when when using the power brush, I could hardly stand the noise. Plus, the suction did not work as well on the power brush as I had expected. Also, did not like the power button.

Great sweeper. Heavier then I would have thought. I’m really glad to get rid of my old bag vacuum.

It took a little while to know how to use but after that it is very good.
