Suction is terrific and carpet levels are easy to adjust. The "hose only" operation is easy to use and has plenty of suction. The attachment to clean light/fan blades works perfectly. Would recommend this vacuum to anyone looking for good suction, good pick up and easy to maneuver around.

So we purchased this one. It works good. No need for more mechanical parts that can break and leave you winding the cord anyway. So we are good now!

I only wish it had a swivel head for better access to hard to reach areas.

It is very bulky and hard to maneuver. The on/off switch is weird. The attachments are pretty good.
