This vacuum has a lot of power but is hard to push and maneuver. Very heavy. Good for deep cleaning but a pain for every day.

I loved this vacuum when I first got it but before I had even had it for one year the vacuum stop suctioning which makes it useless! Now I’m back to square one and should of just paid the money for a Dyson!

I had read a review written by an older gentleman that the vacuum was heavy for his wife to carry up & down stairs...I never expected it to be that heavy even for me.

The ON button is terrible - can't push it in for anything. Other than that, it has plasticy parts, BUT - seems to work fine. Adjustable height and bare floor setting.

I have 2 long haired cats, 2 long haired dogs, a short haired dog and a primate. I cleans up hair like a champ! Love it. It's been a year and still going strong. Thinking of getting another for the 2nd floor so I don't have to carry them. Very good quality for the reasonable price.

3 1/2 rounding up to 4. The hose for reaching areas is not as long as we would like. Onboard tools are average. Decent performing vacuum.

Love the lon cord suction is great but some parts are cheap plastic so have to be careful but does a great job on cleaning carpet

Great vacuum if you already have a handheld. Bulky but has all the components for the heavy job. Great item but more compact would of gone a long way.

Needed a second vacum for large house. Purchased this as it was very similar to our Eureka bagless. But quality very plastic not strudy feeling. Attachments are the same as our Eureka, the Eureka pet attachment has roller brush much better than pet attchment on Hoover only has roller with plastic blade no brush does not do as good pick up as our Eureka. Also hose very thin who knows how many times it can stretch before splitting. For a second vacum it's alright but expected much better because this was supposed to be the better Hoover model higher price. Very dis appointed.

Bought this as a gift for my daughter. She was so excited cause her other vac broke & was a cheap model that just didn't last. This thing really does a great job on the carpet & floors. You get what you pay for!!!

I would have given it a five , but the Canister is hard to secure correctly for proper Vacuum , if its not correctly latched , you could sweep to your hearts content & not pick up anything .

Decent choice, I used the previous generation of the similar model and somehow feel old has better options. Does the job anyway.

I have had multiple Hoover vacuum cleaners and they have all been great products, this vacuum is no exception. The only thing that I don't like is there is not a hook for the cord so you have to hold it.

My only complaint is that the attachments are constantly falling off. Everything else about the vacuum is fine....probably even slightly above average, given the price. Cleans up dog hair nicely!

Still running well after 7 months of weekly use. My gripe is the design. Was expecting more from Hoover wind tunnel Its cord is ginormous. with no foot rewind. I'm sure they may have it in another upgraded model ? In addition, very noisy, however does the job. So wear earplugs or headphones if needed.

This is a good all purpose vacuum for the house. The suction is a little hard t set for hardwood floors. Otherwise the extension hose and tools are great for ceiling fans other hard to reach places.

This vacuum is deep cleaning and has a strong motor. Seven level height control makes operation easy on any surface. Be sure to read the instructions before use as the controls are slightly different than on other vacuums I have used.

The only issue I have is that the instructions say to leave the foot pedal down when using on a wood floor however, the vacuum gets suctioned to the floor. So, I leave it up and it works great.

Sometimes you are looking for something different than what you end up buying and this was one of those times, a deal too good to pass up.
