We only have hardwood floors throughout the house and this vacuum does fine for the task at hand. Do not know about carpet

So far it suction has been amazing! I don’t mind it doesn’t have a retractable cord at all! Even when I use the attachments it works great! Best vacuum I’ve had in many years! Very easy to use!

This is a terrific vacuum. Must be careful around the dog or I'll see him going around in the dust bin. Does a fantastic job and light weight. I certainly recommend this one.

The product works awsome. Very happy with my purchase. However the listing for the cord winder is incorrect. You have to manually wrap the cord up. Not a huge deal as ny old vacume was the same. That was one of the fetures i did like about this model and help me making the choice on my purchase. Alittle dissapointed best buy missed it

Great vacuum. No issues so far. Honestly, gave it 4 stars because we’ve had it for only a month... Need to see long term efficiency.

The unit itself works very well for my needs. The hose however does not go back together well. It is a struggle sometimes and gets in the way of the cord.

This is my third one over the last 20 years they are excellent on pet hair that why I keep buying them.

Excellent vacuum cleaning characteristics. Our old Hoover vacuum was self-propelled assisted and wish this one had that feature. Other than being a little harder to maneuver I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Needed a vacuum that had adjustments for height due. To new carpeting. This more than solved the problem.

My daughter has a WindTunnel and so I bought this one to replace mine when it quit working. Love it. Suction is really good. Just wish it had an automatically retracting cord.

I have never purchased a bag less cleaner because I was afraid that it would not work as good. However I was extremely impressed. Plus I like Hoover’s. This is a great vacuum cleaner.

Great alternative to a bag machine. The cost of those bags add up. I could by a new one of these every year and still be ahead money wise

I suggest opening the box before you leave the store. When I opened the box part of the inside canister was already broken. Otherwise great vacuum.

I haven’t used this one yet, but I know it is great. Had one before and it was really nice. I gave it to someone who needed a sweeper at the time. I like that there aren’t any bags to change.

I liked it once I figured out I had to turn the knob to make the vacuum work on the floor or the hose. I didn’t see that st first.

Nice vaccine but only lasted a short time. If you do not pay extra best buy will not support you even if it breaks during the warranty period. After tracking down Hoover's web site they were very happy to provide support and replaced the vaccum promptly.

This vacuum works ok in picking up cat hair, but is very cumbersome to use and it would be nicer to put away if the cord retracted.

I like that the way that the hose works. You have to flip a switch on the unit to go between vacuuming the floor and using the hose. I do not like the way some of the attachments are stored. That is resolved by not storing the attachments on the unit.

I like the vacuum but I’m unhappy with the loose wire. It would be better if the cord were automatic rewind.
