I had every intention of buying a shark vacuum cleaner. But I am glad that I heeded his advice. Great cleaner, with plenty of on board tools.

Love how you can switch from hard flooring to carpet. All the accessories that it comes with is very handy as well. Great vacuum for the price.

I didn't care for the style of the bristle hand attachment. Dog hair got clogged in the hose, I unclogged it and it wouldn't start again. If you have pets keep searching. It is fine for a home that doesn't have children and pets. I purchased it for the wider base.

Posted .It is likely that your vacuum didn't start back up because the thermal protector engaged. When there is a clog, to protect your vacuum from overheating the thermal protector will shut it off and you won't be able to turn it back on until it cools down. Please wait 30 minutes after clearing the clog if your vacuum won't start back up. Thanks, Joseph - The Hoover Team

It does not pick up everything and is horrible for dog hair. I wouldn't recommend this unless you were strictly an all-carpet residence.
