This vacuum is the best. It's powerful and pick up all pet hair, dirt and dust on my carpets. It very easy to empty the canister and the fact that the cord is inside with a one step feature makes it worth every penny.

Easy to use, not loud, works well & easy clean up.

This vacuum works great. We have 2 25-lb dogs that shed like crazy. Lightweight but works wonderfully! Would recommend the warranty, however - likely due to the excessive shedding of our pooches, our first vacuum lost suction after about a year. Best Buy replaced it immediately. Great product and great customer service.

Nice vacuum for the price. Strong suction and nice attachments to make cleaning easier. A bit loud while using though. A high pitch whine. Tolerable though if you don't have ear sensitivity.

This vacuum was the perfect choice for pet hair!!! The attachments are on board and compact easy to use and unload. This is a great machine, love the retractable cord. I would definitely recommend this product.

This vacuum has been amazing for the month that I've owned it. It picks up SO much more pet hair than my old vacuum and was a much needed upgrade. It's so easy to empty and is made well. I'm a satisfied customer!

The vacuum does a great job, easy to use. I like the foot pedal to turn off the brush. The only downside would be the power cord. It is a self retracting cord, which is cool, but it feeds out near the base of the unit, this causes it to get under the vacuum if you just let it hang. On the plus side they did put a clip to hold the cord near the top, but why not just a loop or hole near the top where to cord can feed from in the first place, so it would still retract when you hit the button?

Strong suction, draws deep down dirt and carpet powder from surface, very easy to empty canister, switch from carpet to smooth flooring surfaces superb feature!

We have an American Eskimo and she sheds a lot. The attachments are great at removing hair on furniture. The vacuum is powerful. It's a bit loud, although that's not a concern when compared to performance.

I bought this vacuum as a replacement to a very old wind tunnel. This one is bag less and is rated for pet hair and pet dander. It has a carbon and hepa filter. A 27 foot cord that automatically rewinds...... But you can learn all that from reading the box... What you can't learn is this vacuum is amazing. I could not believe and still can't believe how much dirty this picks up... this is well worth the price. I have recommended to every one I know.....

Great vacuum for all around home use. Powerful, not too heavy, easy to maneuver; easy to empty...and the cord retracts with one touch-no winding when you're done cleaning!

Great suction. So good, that it gets stuck to kitchen floor during base, roller off mode. On the heavier side. Not for weak or injured humans. Pet hair tool works well. Telescopic tool helps not losing one..

Works perfectly on the low-rise carpet in my apartment. The wedge tool is absolutely incredible. Helps get all the pet hair against the wall. Definitely a strong recommendation for pet owners.

Very effective and efficient. Really good at picking up animal hair. Settings allow for better pick up on different surfaces (hardwood, carpet). Easy to empty and clean. Good value for money. Easy to use.

I bought this to replace an old Hoover Vacuum, my only complaint is that carpet fibers and dirt will get stuck in the cannister sometimes requiring you to physically remove it rather than tapping the side of the cannister over a receptacle, other than that works fine so far.

It works amazing, really gets all the dirt and dog hair

I was nervous what level of clean I would get only spending a little over $100 on a vacuum. However, I can see all the sand it's pulling out of the carpet my previous vacuum left behind. The automatic winding of the cord is also a plus! Last vacuum had a ball and was easier to maneuver. But for the price, this thing does great!!
