I didn't realize how bad my old vacuum really was until I got this Hoover. My carpet is gleaming. My only con is that it's a little heavy.

This product is superb!! I was thinking about purchasing a brand new rug and the vacuum cleaner made me change my mind. The rug looks brand new. I love it.

The reason I gave it a four because it fell from the stairs and the vacuum broke overall great performance..!!!!
