I have cats and it picks up everything very well. The self winding cord is nice and long. The ease of dumping the canister is better than the one I replaced this with. Do not regret my buy.

Retractable cord is a nice feature. con (?): cord is too short. CHanging the height of the mower is nowhere near as easy as my older model. Made with light plastic materials (e.g. thin plastic), which may/may not lead to future issues

The value and the quality are exactly what we needed and I am so happy that I didn't have to go with the higher end items. Lightweight, great suction, secure compartments for attachments, the cord retraction is a PLUS.

When we went to unplug the vacuum, the cord itself was so hot it was difficult to touch. I've never had an issue with a cord. We returned it under the warranty and replaced it with something else. While we had it the suction was slightly lacking.

Doesn't pick up big stuff easily. I love the extendable hose attachment. Would liked to have had brush attachment. Pet attachment works ok could be more powerful. Overall good Vacumn for price.

Its light weight making it easier to take up stairs and helps while cleaning. The Hoover WT3 is quieter.

The only negative for me is It came with a pet hair attachment and I would have preferred the normal brush.
