There is almost nothing bad I can say about this vacuum. Its light, easy to use and wash to manuver. The cord automatically wraps up into the base with the touch of a button so no more manual winding! The only slightly bad thing is that the canister is a bit smaller than thiefr previos models.

I purchased this because of my dog. My dog sheds heavily twice a year, but has continuous shedding throughout the year. This vacuum has been great getting the hair off of carpets and wood floors. The attachments get the hair off the couches as well.

This is my first hoover. I previously owned a Bissell but wasn't impressed. I now have two dogs so I wanted something that would handle the dog hair and dirt they track everywhere. This does a great job at picking up all the hair, dirt, etc. The canister is easy to empty, easy to detach and replace. My only complaint is that even on my very low carpet with the vacuum set to bare floor, it's an effort to push and pull over the carpet. My Bissell used to practically vacuum by itself it was so easy to maneuver, while this leaves my arms sore and me tired after finishing one room. If hoover improved this it would be the perfect vacuum.

I am partial to the Windtunnel vaccum's by Hoover because of the power they have for what I need with several pets. Hoover has made emptying the canister very simple. This is my third one over the past 40 years and most likely the last one that I will have to buy. Highly recommend.

Works better than expected. Picked up more dirt than I thought was there. Even after using the old vacumm.

I love this vacuum so far. Picks up all ththe dog hair and the retractable cord is awesome.

I had the other model with warranty & when i went to change it out this one was on sale & cheaper so i ended up getting a better vaccum cheaper. Its heavy duty and fan extention is great for its use. The hose part suction could be stonger but its good.

My old vacuum dying was the best thing that could have happened to us because when we upgraded we got this beauty. It sucks dirt up, up can start with an empty canister but by the time your done that sucker is at least half way full! (Living in a desert is fun!)

So far it has been good. Just need to let time run its course and see how long it lasts.

The adjustable floor height is key and works well. Besides that a fairly run of the mill (but good) vacuum.

Works great to clean up all the shedding from the dogs and made our carpet look new again

The vacuum has great pickup. The retractable cord is very convenient. The tools included are exceptional.

This is our third Hoover (in 30+ years because they last FOREVER). For a somewhat inexpensive vacuum - this thing ROCKS. We have 2 dogs that shed and this machine just sucks all of the hair right up. You can't go wrong with a Hoover! And no bags to buy!!

Love this wind tunnel pro vacuum. Auto cord rewinding feature is nice.

Works pretty good, easy to use and repair. The only complaint I have is the retractable cord stops about 8 feet short when retracting and you have to manually retractable the remainder.

I am very happy with this vacuum. It allows for good cleaning on both carpet and hard wood floor. The only downside, which doesn't affect me, but might be an issue for someone else, is that it is relatively heavy. I would still buy it.
