Vacuum is easy to put together, light weight,fairly quite and pushes with ease.

My daughter and I have long hair, so it gets wound up in the roller and I have to clean often to maximize suction. The attachment brush also doesn't sit well in place on the unit and I always have to just take it off when I am vacuuming. Other than that, it has great suction and it is perfect for cleaning hardwood floors. This is the most I have spent on a vacuum cleaner. It works well.

I was looking for a vacuum for upstairs. This is nice because it easily flips between carpet and tile. Great for getting all the hair in the bathroom.

good product for the price. lightweight, easy to handle, good suction. cannister could be larger,though. overall good value.

This vacuum really has great suction power. It does not make alot of noise and easy to move around.

i couldnt have asked for a better product almost bought a dyson but couldnt bare to pay out so much for it so i chose this and am truly impressed!

Light weight and easy to use. I was impressed on how light the vacuum is and also the cleanliness of the carpet once I was done vacuuming.

My prior vacuum cleaner was a hand me down that was at least 15 years old when it issued its death rattle. The vacuum repairman said the engine had given out, and I could buy a new one for less than the cost to repair. He showed me a few in his shop and quoted prices. I said I would do some internet research and come back. After my research I went to Best Buy, found the same one he offered for at least $20 less, and decided to go with this Hoover model instead, on sale, comparable price. I am very happy with the vacuum so far. I have mostly hardwood floors, and this has a feature which allows one to clean those floors without scratching (and does great on my area rugs, needless to say). The sales person was very helpful in showing me several models, pulling up the internet description and customer comments.

I bought this vacuum to replace a battery operated Electrolux vacuum, which we needed to replace because the battery died. I use it mainly for the dog hair on my non-carpeted floors. It has great suction, the accessories work well, and the cord length is great! It is easy to empty the canister. I just wish it swiveled more easily. Over all, a great vacuum for the price!

I like the 'no-bag' feature and the dirt pick-up is great. It's lightweight and moves around furniture fairly easily, but unlike my previous canister vac this one doesn't have a floor attachment that will allow me reach under beds or other furniture. The cord is long enough to cover multiple rooms but often gets in the way even when clipped to the 'hanger'. I like the choice of attachments, but when detaching the handle to use them, the hose often comes loose. For stairs, the attachments are the easiest to use, but not the full vacuum, too clumsy to maneuver.

Bought this for the wife to keep "hidden" in a small down stairs closet for quick use. The thing breaks down really small and has all the must have attachments connected to it for easy use. I even get it out to use it sometimes.

I bought this to use in my office and we all love it. It's easy to use and empty the container. We do a lot of shredding and have scraps everywhere. It makes clean up a breeze.

Pros - lightweight, small, easy to carry around while using without being heavy and clunky. Cons - Does NOT pick up what it should. I have low carpets, and it does not pick up pet hair, and I've noticed it didn't pick up some tiny pieces of thread, even when going back over it a few times. I find myself using the handheld attachments to do the whole house.

Great light weight vacuum with HEPA filter. Filter needs dumping often

The vacuum works very well on hard wood floors and on carpet. I had a little difficulty using it on my area rugs. In fact, the suction was so strong that it moved the rug around.

This vacuum performed so well that I boight a second one after 2 years of using my first one. The old one still works great and I gave it to my son for his apartment. For a great price you get a Hepa filter with a long hose and telescoping stick with attachments. The suction is very strong on carpets and floors and with our 2 hairy cats it works great. Most of all it does not break easily when you bang it around. To me that is the most important part. I have heard other testimonials and seen for myself how a Dyson is and they are overrated and ridiculously overpriced. Have you ever noticed a lot of Dyson store models are always broken? Look at the build quality and parts or pieces that are easily broken off. Especially in flex or joint locations. And other brands such as Hoover on display are not broken. Check it out yourself. D*son - not very reliable. Buy this Hoover and you will not be disappointed.

I love the ease if being able to switch back and forth from carpet to tile. Easy to empty container, and does a great job with picking up hair and not clogging.

The suction on this vaccum cleaner is amazing. The only stuff that I think it needs improvement is the dirt canister as you need to get your hand inside to pull the debris.
