I haven't had any problems with it. it is exactly what I needed for my home. I have tile and wood floors in my home. pick up is easy and the vacuum doesn't weigh too much.

Best buy for the price. No pun intended. Picks up pet hair well. Was looking at the dysons but decided that this was a better bang for your buck. Added the two year geek squad warranty just in case don't think I'll need it

My wife has been looking for a powerful, light weight vacuum that could be used with no difficulty. This was a perfect choice and she does like using it.

It is very light and powerful for cleanup everything. I usually do it for cleaning, but my wife easily using this. It makes me free.

i was looking for a compact but powerful vac and this one fits the description perfectly. small enough to fit anywhere but powerful enough to clean up my one bedroom apartment.

Very light weight strong suction nice design with only one con; it's sluggish on high carpets. Your experience may vary.

I have mostly hard floors. cleans great. picks up dog hair, dirt and dust with ease. transitions to carpet and does a good job. the on/off brush button is a good point on this model. . motor is a little weak to do a large carpet area. Accessory tools are hard to use. it could use a better hand held brush and longer hose. The power cord needs to be permanently attached to the top of the unit.

Very light and powerful, needs to have more accessories but for the price it's a steel!

Very light weight, easy to use. Plenty of attachments and an extension hose that is long enough to reach any place. And the price was great

If you have a small area to vacuum this is perfect its light weight basic vacuum and has great power.

This vacuum works very well. It appears to pick up things that the old one did not. The dirt container is smaller than our old vacuum, bur the reward is the light weight of the new machine.

I've always been a fan of Eureka but Hoover has sold me indefinitely with this vaccuum. It's unbelievable how much dirt and dust I was living with before.

Average performance on hardwood floor, working great on carpeted floor. However, it was difficult to use this on my carpeted stairs. I did not mind the extra steps for connecting the hose, but, even after that, it can take a long time per stair and did not suck dust properly. I think the other models have different kind of turbo tool for stairs...may those work better.

Easy to maneuver - light weight. Surprising strong and effective suction. I haven't had it long, but so far so good.
