my friend has one, she let me try it. i liked it so well, i got one for myself and Best Buy had the best price.

The suction on the vacuum is really good, too good for a thin area rug. If there is an adjustment for that, I haven't found it yet. To use the tools, one has to disconnect a hose down near the floor and connect another hose, not easy. At the very least there should be huge arrows and pictures illustrating how to use this vacuum. I have a Dyson as well, which I paid $500 for that is far easier to use. This was only $123.00, so for the money, it does the job. I'm just not sure what would be so hard about making it easy to use at any price. At any rate, the vacuum is sturdy, made well and attractive.

I have a 2br condo with hardwood floors and wanted a vacuum with strong suction, also concerned about damage to floors. The Hoover vacuum has performed perfectly and exceeded my expectations.

I desperately needed a new vacuum that would handle the fur of my long hair domestic cat. This one works beautifully! Keeps my carpet looking good and helps with my fiance's allergies. Two thumbs up!

I bought this vacuum for my duplex. We don't have much carpet in our duplex but when I do vacuum OMG it works great. It's very small and lightweight and you can adjust the handle height which I love. Great for place with not too much carpet.

I have really nothing negative to say about this unit, especially since I Purchased it on sale. It has not disappointed...very lightweight yet powerful. Unless you just want to spend a lot more $$ you should give it a try.

This is a great vacuum with an adjustable handle and great suction to pick everything on the floor. I was surprised at all the dust and dirt it picked up including all my hair!!
