Nice piece. The option to turn off the roller brush is great for the kitchen. Light enough I was able to coax my 4 year old to help in her room.

If I only needed the vacuum cleaner for hardwood and tile, I would like this one. Unfortunately, it is not useful on carpet and rugs. I am concerned that it might damage my rugs, since there is no height adjustment. It It sucks carpet up into it and smells like its burning the entire time it's on carpet. I would recommend it for people who only have hard surface flooring.

I have had this vacuum for about about 4-5 months, and it's still great. My vacuums before were very old, so having this one was just amazing. I bought it during a flash sale, so it was also cheap.

This is a great vacuum for pet owners. I would like to see a handle lower down on the canister to help move it from step to step without having the vacuum in the upright position, which causes the brush roll to stop. ( I prefer to have the brush roll clean the stair carpet) Personal preference, but I would still recommend this vacuum.

The unit works as designed and no complaints about the functioning. I like the light weight. It has an annoying whistle due to wind vibration at times. The accessory holder is in an awkward position and the nozzles cannot be securely attached without interfering with the cable when the power cord is wound up.

Easy use for carpet and hardwood/tile floors. Should have attachment for extra accessories.

We bought it mainly because of it being light weight, and to use in a cottage. We were very satisfied so purchased a second one for our home. Here we found that there is not adjustment for our different heights of carpet so it does not work as easily. It stops the beater bar.

purchased this windtunnel at a great price from best buy.. when i got it home, i tried to figure out how the extra hose attaches, to use it for corners, and woodwork. Nothing in the instructions gave you any indication on how these parts attach!!! certainly the instruction manual was in english as well as spanish, but hey, spend time on your booklets on how to use the machine at its maximum usage. Machine does pick up very well, almost as good as my shark navigator. just the frustration of how to attach the additional hoses blew me away!!

Picks up better than our older, bigger, more powerful vac. Were afraid the lighter vac would not clean as well but it works much better than one with higher amperage. Great value for this style of vac.

It has versatility because of attachable gadgets. But, if you have long hair, you might need to disassemble the roller and take them out, which is not that hard. Overall, it's a great vacuum available with a reasonable price.

I have liked it so far. The only reason I rated the quality good instead of excellent is that I havent had it long enough to know how long it will retain suction power.

I've owned my for about 4 years now and have had no issues. It's made it through 3 dogs and countless parties. Couldn't ask for a better or more reliable vacuum!

Bought one and loved it. Great suction. Then the hose pulled out of it. Exchanged for another one. Hoping I got a faulty vacuum. The next one lasted 50 days. The first one lasted 8 days. Same thing. Hose pulled out. Not glued in well at all. I'm sure that's why they have an updated model now. Do not buy. Not worth the hassle. Got store credit.

Worked great at the beginning (11/2012) but after two years i dont know where the wind is. Its not in the tunnel! I clean it after each use, wash and replace the filters etc. So many of the plastic parts have broken, I had a dyson that was loosing power but now I use it to clean up after the hoover. Hmmm,

I bought it 2 months ago, it is compact and easy to move from place to place. I used it on carpet and it worked great but on hardwood and tile floors the suction is so weak even when the brush is off. The flexible tube for the extender is hard to use because it has a spring action that pull back the extender to the unit. I have to hold it tight. I don't recommend this for hardwood and tile floors.

It worked great for the first few weeks. It didn't particularly like the hose to be removed to clean small areas. The hose itself would separate from the connector. It caused my wife grief many times.

Got this vacuum less than a year ago after researching many different ones, this one appeared to be a very good one based on reviews. No loss of suction etc. Well mine was sent to me with stripped screws, so I can not replace belt if needed, nor can I clean the spin brush- this is an issue for me. For awhile now I have to go over the same area multiple times before it will even pick up anything. To me this vacuum cleaner wasnt very cheap to buy either at the time. Ive contacted Best Buy who told me to contact Hoover, which I did with no success in them returning any messages. Best Buy stated if I took my cleaner into them I would be charged. Disappointed in owning something less than a year to not work - whats the point of having warranty if nobody will help out with it. Time for a new one.
