    Im the type of person that tends to drop all my gadgets. So when I saw this protector for the 3ds I had to get it. I must say that it does the job well and it still allows you to see the color/design of your 3ds. The material that it is made of seems like it could take the shock of a 3-4 foot drop. I cant say for sure though. Since I got the case I have not dropped it.

    There aren't much choices out there when it comes to the new 3DS XL protective wear. This protective case sits well with the DS but I was just kind of sad when it came to the choices of color. I wish there were more of a variety out there but I can't be too picky with the release of the system right behind the us.

    At first, this bumper case was perfect, providing minimalistic, but great protection and letting you see underneath. However, this case naturally yellows over time even if you keep it clean, but there's no way to prevent that. The yellow is not that pronounced, but it does add a bit of tan to the case itself. Also, the New3DS XL lacks two mounting holes that used to be on the back near the charging port where the previous model would hook in. Since the new model doesn't have those, this case fits slightly worse and may be wobbly at times.
