Ive only been using for a few hours, but overall its a great substitute for the stock JoyCons while in handheld config. Its just missing a few features…. First and honnestly largest flaw, the additional button…. You can only map it to a button on that same side. So you cant map the left back button to the “B”/Back button. That is honnestly my biggest issue. The other 2 issues are “hardware” related that i woul gladly pay an extra $20-30 for if they were included…. No vibration/feedback… really??? Everything newer then N64 has this feature…. And theres no Gyro/Motion sensors. Otherwise these are great controllers to gove more of a xbox confort feel while playing in handheld mode. Hopefully theres a v2 out that includes the mentioned missing hardware features.

Very convenient device and reminds me of earlier times with the Nintendo GameBoy and DS devices, but an upgraded version of course for handheld devices since the Switch was released. I hope to one day teach my kids of all the old devices and have them play those before starting out with the newer generation technology, to appreciate the evolution of gaming. Great accessory to the Switch.

Great, simple product for those who play Switch and have bigger hands. It doesn't have rumble or other features, but it also doesn't require charging or batteries. Really convenient for longer play sessions on the go.

Title says it all. My swich looks so gokd with this and the controller are really comfortable on your hands.

Just like the switch one battery dies faster. Controllers are abled to be used as a mouse for certain games.

Love my controller!!!! The joy cons are so expensive and strange to hold on to. I bought this as a replacement for those. I only use the joy cons when I’m playing with other people or when the game requires it.

Nephew broke his controls, replace them with these, they work good. A little bulky but still opreate gold.

This controller is great to use for FPS and shooters that put lots of strain on the joysticks considering the joy cons sticks dont last as long as traditional controllers. When you dont need the movement features and instead want additional buttons and custom button programming, this is great option and affordable.

I absolutely love this gaming accessory and when using my switch via handheld I do not play without it. It feels nice and sturdy and makes it more comfortable to game for hours.

It makes playing the switch much easier for me. The original joycons make it awkward holding it. 10/10 for these pokemon ones.

Super comfortable and ergonomic, especially for FPS games. Wish I had this set when I played through DOOM, but I'm actively realizing the benefits in other games like Fortnite. The ONLY reason for 4 stars instead of 5? No rumble! Kinda weird to use the word "Pro" in its name if the controller doesn't have vibration, but oh well. Also, these can only be used handheld, not wirelessly. That doesn't bother me so much, since that's my intended use, but it might come as a surprise to others. An awesome product otherwise!

This saved our older switch. My older switch wasn’t working well with the replacement switch controllers I bought. This was not expensive and worked really well. Just slide them on and they work. The grip while holding the switch was better than the ones that came with it. You can not use this wirelessly with a switch, but I normally don’t have it on the TV anyway. Great find while walking around Best Buy.

MUCH more comfortable than the joycons, only downside is the lack of rumble. But the comfort these add actually allow me to use my switch in handheld mode longer than 10 minutes.

I have bigger hands so the joy cons get uncomfortable after a while. These grips are substantially bigger so they feel good over extended periods of gaming. The ability to map the rear buttons is such a prefect feature for games that require holding a button, such as running. The only downside to these grips is the lack of motion control. Certain games require motion so i had to switch back to the old remotes for that. If that can add motion sensors, these grips would be a perfect replacement
